How to ask a question?
First of all see “Archive of completed reference”. You may find ready answer there. To ask a question you should fill a special form. If there are several questions in your form, the librarian will answer only of them.
When you will receive the answer?
We will try to do it as soon as possible. It depends on the complexity of the question. The information on activities of the library or an availability of a publication in the library collection will be sent to you during the same day. Thematic request might require a longer search, so you will get the answer within 2-3 days. If the fulfilment of your request is impossible, the user will receive this information by e-mail.
